“Cibo! literally translates from the Italian language into “food”. We choose this name as everything we do in our daily life evolves around it. Everything we do is made fresh on daily basis on our premises. By offering what’s available, what’s in season and most importantly what’s good, Chef Diego and his team aim to deliver a humble, casual dining experience for everyone.

Born and raised in the northern Italian region of Emilia Romagna, Diego is an award winning chef who has tremendous passion for his craft. His career span over 2 decades, including key assignments in the world’s most acclaimed establishments such as the Bvlgari Hotel & Resorts, Fullerton Hotel Singapore, Ferrari Automobili S.p.a. and numerous Four Seasons Hotels.
With over 20 years of culinary experience, Diego has traveled extensively. He has been on a professional journey and has navigated across many countries, each time touching on different food & social cultures that enable him to learn new techniques and flavours. From humble beginnings as a Commis Chef in the Four Seasons Hotel London, to his last appointments as Executive Chef, Diego has persisted in perfecting his craft throughout the years. And just recently, Diego has opened a new restaurant that brings authentic Italian food to the heart of Bali.
